Amsterdam-based Armada Music is more than just a record company, they focus on management, publishing and events as well. The approach to combining everything music related in one company has attracted several top names to the label like; Markus Schulz (Coldharbour Recordings/Coldharbour Red), Max Graham (Re*Brand Recordings), Simon & Shaker (State Recordings), Remy (68 Recordings), DJ Shah (Magic Island Recordings), M.I.K.E. (Club Elite), Mischa Daniels (Fame, Zouk), Nick K (Gangsta Audio) and StoneBridge (StoneyBoy) who are all responsible for the A&R activities of their own label within Armada Music, while Armin (co-owner) himself deals with A&R activities for the labels: Armind and A State Of Trance. Armada Music currently has 21 different sub-labels representing every type of dance music from Trance to House. As managing director and co-owner, Maykel Piron quotes: "It's mainly important to be able to release high quality music. That basically means we should be able to release every genre of track no matter if it's Trance or House, if we love it, then we have the opportunity to release it."
