Ken Wilson, founder of My San Diego Video, BluRayWeddings.com, HiDefWeddings.com, San Diego DJ & San Diego Karaoke has received numerous awards including the coveted 'Favorite New DJ' award for all of San Diego County, Honorable Mentions for 'Best Sound' and second place in the Southern California Vocal Association Music Festival.He is a Staff Writer for San Diego Scene Magazine, and has been involved in the Entertainment Industry for over 20 years. A stage and screen actor with appearences on the stage (Curly - Oklahoma, Captain Hook - Peter Pan) and more recently on television in the hit series Veronica Mars on UPN13 as a 'Neptune High' dance DJ, working with Kristen Bell and Alyson Hannigan on the episode 'Ruskie Business'. Ken is a member in good standing with the American Disc Jockey Association (ADJA), the Wedding & Event Videographers Association (WEVA), and participates in many non-profit events such as the American Cancer Society 'Relay For Life', Armed Services YMCA 'Christmas You Missed' to benefit troops and their families deployed over the holidays, National City Heritage Day Fair, First Night San Diego, School Fundraisers and is always happy to provide services to any worthwhile cause. A native Southern California resident, Ken identified a need for 'Corporate Ready' entertainers in an industry that has seen few benchmarks for entertainment standards. Ken understands that todays client requires a level of sophistication and sensitivity equal to the demands of a diverse society.
