The country is Europe, closed of Sweden, just north of France. I know they speak French there because I went in Paris once when I was young. Here, they have a strong accent so it is hard to understand their French. In Pennsylvania USA, where I live, people found this video terrible. How can you let this go on TV. You have no heart.
