Aug 21, 2008 - This by far is the worst hells kitchen up to now. The contestants were hopeless. If either Christina or Petrosa had of been in season one they wouldn't have made it past week 2. In saying that, no, i couldn't do a better job, yet i still would have kicked jen out of my kitchen. The only kitchen i would let jen ever cook at again was a McDonalds, as long as a supervisor was always on with her.

Aug 21, 2008 - When I watch USA Hells Kitchen I feel like Gordon is going soft on the contestants. I mean a moist rib eye and glazed veg is very easy to do. I don't think the majority of chefs have what it takes to work in a michelin star resturant. The level of food they produce is same as an English pub. I think hes giving the USA a handicap due to the whole fast food problem that has effected your country. I just hope there will be some good dishes in the future rather than a lame side garnish.

I you and all the rest can remember when Jen and Corey went to see Rock, what he said:"Ramsay is not looking for the best he is looking for potential or future chef" He said himself, he is thinking long term, Petrozza,though I like him, really has Bobby to thank for making it to the end.. he saved him in one episode, where he said himself: "I'm Done" Hard to: "teach an old dog new tricks". IMO Ramsay made the right choice. Christina has the books smarts, just need exp.
