Ed has obviously done his homework on the subject (except for one thing: "I'll Take You There" was actually influenced by "The Liquidator" by Harry J. Allstars - especially the note-for-note intro.) and he obviously has a great respect for the music. Anyone interested in the history of Jamaican music should read "Bass Culture" by Lloyd Bradley (it has also been published under a different name in the U.S., I believe).
