May 12, 2008 - Saline implants means "salt water inside a a silicon container," so a lot of people are confused thinking they are safer. In fact they are more dangerous because the water grows mold and the valve vey often is not sealing well. Very sad.

I have smooth round saline implants and love them. My hubby loved me before implants and loves me now. I did it for myself. I say, do what feels right for you.
