Oct 12, 2008 - Chrissie is a great, no gimmicks, true artist. I have always gone to see The Pretenders anytime they appear in my area. I've seen them many times...and they always blow me away. I'm a huge B-52's fan and when they went out on tour with The Pretenders about 10 years ago, that was almost too much for my heart to stand. Chrissie was her usual approachable self, in blue jeans and a black t-shirt. Her passion for animal rights is also truly admirable and touching.
