Sep 7, 2008 - yeah jpb is right pol pot wasn't really a communist. His true intention was to have a ethnic cleansing and fight back for our land which are Vietnam and Thailand. it just happen super power communist was right next door. after the viet cong invade our country, the u.s was supplying ammo and food to the khmer rouge near the border next to Thailand.
hectorbolshevik Says:
Sep 7, 2008 - You mean American redneck stupidity. I've seen nothing that makes the Khmer Rouge Communists other than your stupid baseless slander. Communists being supported by the USA? hahaha. And the Black Panthers were supported by the KKK, right?
jpb252 Says:
Sep 7, 2008 - Looks like you'll twist yourself up like a pretzel to deny commusnist Khmer Rouge atrocities. Good luck living in Lala Land.
hectorbolshevik Says:
Sep 7, 2008 - First you denied U.S support to Pol Pot, then admitted it but tried twist it to your convenience. I don't deny Khmer Rouge atrocities, in fact I thought it was great that the Vietnamese invaded Cambodia and got rid of Pol Pot in their second victory over the USA. Pol Pot belongs up there with "freedom fighters" Augusto Pinochet, Osama Bin Laden, Saddam Hussein, Manuel Noriega. How are things in Bush's Lala Land?
jpb252 Says:
Sep 7, 2008 - The USA didn't support Pol Pot with anything but diplomatic recognition. Like I said, and you don't seem to have the capacity to understand, the US was playing off one group of communists against another. In fact US Marines actually fought Khmer Rouge to free the crew of the Mayaquez. In the pile of crap you've been spewing out there's one thing I actually agree with you on, that it was a good thing when the PAVN invaded Cambodia and got rid of Pol Pot.
hectorbolshevik Says:
Sep 7, 2008 - 50 CIA agents were in Thailand handling the operation of arming Khmer Rouge cutthroats to kill Vietnamese soldiers--out of revenge for the humiliation and anti-Communism. Contact was made between Pol Pot and Dr. Ray Cline, ex-deputy CIA director. Yes it was a good thing that PAVN smashed a second U.S attempt at attacking Vietnam.
hectorbolshevik Says:
Sep 7, 2008 - Pol Pot's politics were centered around racism, chauvinism, backwardness. He didn't implement programs like free medical care, housing, education, jobs, or industrialization. No wonder the U.S loved him. This is what you call a Communist? You obviously don't know a socialist from your own mom. Cambodia was only a workers state for the decade of Vietnamese occupation, since Cambodia has almost no working class. Pol Pot was a U.S stooge.
freaginA Says:
Sep 7, 2008 - you'd be arrested under communism for holding such views against your country.if you empathize with communism so much stfu and live like one.Your opinion is biased because communist dont allow people to have opinions.meaning that the evil shit the US does is known and debated. The evil shit communist do is controlled and whitewashed and ultimately forgotten. Dont ever think otherwise. From Cuba i bring this wisdom.
hectorbolshevik Says:
Sep 7, 2008 - How would you know, if Communism have never been achieved? And how does a Communist live? Things are certainly not a paradise in Cuba, but you want capitalism back? Don't be thinking the U.S is going to be welcoming Cubans if this happens. Cubans have gains many working class Americans dream of. You "STFU" with your stupid MTV slang.
jpb252 Says:
Sep 7, 2008 - So Pol Pot wasn't an enlightened progressive like Mao?
jpb252 Says:
Sep 7, 2008 - Yes, capitalism back in Cuba would be great for the people of Cuba. No more hotels, shops & beaches where foreign tourists (and Party elites) can go, but ordinary Cubans are forbidden. People could actually make something of themselves instead of being slaves of the state. Piss on your workers paradise.¡Abajo Comunismo!¡Viva Cuba Libre!¡Viva Cristo Rey!
freaginA Says:
Sep 7, 2008 - I have capitalism as i live in the US,and don't tell me that i dont know what communism is because i lived it. Weather Marx's vision was achieved or not is irrelevant to me.Think about what you said, your accusing someone you think lives in Cuba of having MTV slang. Their is no MTV slang in Cuba.I came to the US, i live here. I don't need a welcome parade, ive been treated just fine,as opposed to what i was used to.So i tell you again STFU and live like the communist you want to be.
hectorbolshevik Says:
Sep 7, 2008 - Just as its great for the people of Central America, right? Who make less than a dollar a day with back breaking labor for American companies? Talk about slavery. Stupid rich brat. Mao is a man you should love. How he invited and embraced. Nixon during his bloodbath in Vietnam.
hectorbolshevik Says:
Sep 7, 2008 - Right. So you lived in a country where there was no state, and all the means of production owned by those who worked in them. I know you don't live in Cuba, that's why I accused you have using shit MTV slang like "STFU". If Cuba had capitalism now, you came here; they'd deport you faster than you can say "God bless America" in Spanish. You'll be treated like every other Latin American immigrant.
freaginA Says:
Sep 7, 2008 - Are you under the delusion that capitalist countries dont allow immigration. If so i suggest taking taking a trip to south Florida.New yotk LA.Go to the Chinese neighborhoods the arab neighborhoods etc etc... You cannot say what would happen in Cuba if this or that were to happen in the future.Under Mao it is estimated that over 50million people died of famine.North korea today is one of the poorest countries on earth, because of their system.Communism doesnt eliminate poverty.Jus the upper class
jpb252 Says:
Sep 7, 2008 - So the investment of capital in Central America makes them poorer? Where did you learn economics? Oh, that's right, Karl Marx. I forgot how well his system has worked.Nixon's bloodbath in Vietnam? Could have sworn that JFK & LBJ had something to do with the US involvement there. And of course the people the communists killed are America's fault. God forbid that we should actually stand up to the Reds.
luigisilverio Says:
Sep 7, 2008 - Kham, East Tibet monday 18 August 08 - 140 TIBETANS killed by chinazi army! You'll pay for this, monsters!
shandongcaoxian Says:
Sep 7, 2008 - 当中国的首都被共产党攻陷的时候,为什么现在西方人突然关心遥远的东方中国人的生活了呢。
theoryofeverything44 Says:
Sep 7, 2008 - Alot of what happened in latin america can be described as just that. The United States has commited crimes around the world, not always against it own people, but always in the name of capitalism.
hectorbolshevik Says:
Sep 7, 2008 - Both of my parents are from Central and South America, you average dumb American. People there work for peanuts in U.S own corporations up to 16 hours a day some of them without benefits. Where did you learn your version? Your American private school? You're right, Vietnam was technically a Kennedy-Johnson-Nixon war. Your heroes stood up to the Reds alright, and got the snot kicked out of them;) I won't cry for landlords, capitalists and bankers killed b farmers and workers.
hectorbolshevik Says:
Sep 7, 2008 - Then tell me what's this shit about building a wall between the USA and Mexico. Latino immigrants in particular are the favored targets of INS for deportation and the easiest. If Cuba became capitalist, they would be treated no different from the rest. No more citizenships handed out like candy, no more "bienvenida a la libertad". Instead "salir y permanecer fuera". Two Bulgarian friends of mine were deported last year for no reason.
hectorbolshevik Says:
Sep 7, 2008 - I can give a whole list of Mao's crimes in a addition to the "Great Leap Forward". I'm not a Maoist. North Korea actually outperformed the South until about the early 1990s with a stronger economy. Isolation and natural disasters brought it down.
jpb252 Says:
Sep 7, 2008 - With parents from South & Central America you should be happy that communism has been defeated almost everywhere. From Chile to Colombia the Reds are on the run and my Latin brothers won't have to live under Marxist tyranny. And soon Hugo Chavez, el Payaso de Venezuela, will be on the ash heap of history, too. Only the old butcher, Fidel survives, but not much longer.¡Abajo Comunismo!¡Viva Cuba Libre!¡Viva Cristo Rey!
ZYahood Says:
Sep 7, 2008 - I still prefer it to the USA! Only USA and Israel are killing my people!
jpb252 Says:
Sep 7, 2008 - Speaking of ignorant, every time you open your mouth you detract from the sum of human knowledge. Claiming the Khmer Rouge weren't communists - ha ha ha ha.
