One thing you might want to try is to detach yourself from the thought of hard work and greatness. Don't try to find "hard work" and "greatness" in it. Just try to see it with an pure eye. Then you might see something that you didn't see in the first time. If you still don't like it, it's cool. It doesn't matter anyway.
