Oct 8, 2008 - A wonderful, clever, funny film. All actors were tops and the script was one of the best. Thanks so much.

Oct 8, 2008 - I remember seeing this in the theater when I was in middle school. I think it was a friends birthday party. I've seen it several times since then and I still laugh out loud. Great satire.

Oct 8, 2008 - GREATNESS WACK....

Myndir Says:

Oct 8, 2008 - Totally. It's one of the most unfairly forgotten films ever, especially when you consider how ridiculously good its cast is.

Myndir Says:

Oct 8, 2008 - "Conversation like broken-down train. Very soon get nowhere."

Oct 8, 2008 - I have this movie on DVD. The pitch is a bit off in this video."Conversation like Television set on Honeymoon, unnecessary!"

deo108 Says:

Oct 8, 2008 - Yeah,One of my favorite movies of all time (probably top 3), the closet to this one is 1985's "Clue" with Tim Curry. Any one know of other really good similar ones? Great movie!!!!

deo108 Says:

Oct 8, 2008 - Oh yeah,I forgot to add (for those that didn't read the whole blog) that James Crowmwell is Mr. Perier's assistant - before he was well known (this is from back in the 70's). If I can find even half as good of a movie as this (from anytime) I would be happy. Comedic murder mysteries-A++!

Zetapie Says:

Oct 8, 2008 - It took me years to recognize Cromwell - before this movie I only knew him as the farmer from "Babe." He's just brilliant in this!("That'll do, pig.")

carriersignal Says:

Oct 8, 2008 - I remember this movie. The humor was off the hook. The butler was hilarious. I seem to recall a scene where he went to the door to answer it, and there was an old lady who was a mute. With him being blind it was an interesting interaction between the two.

deo108 Says:

Oct 8, 2008 - Yeah I totally agree. With how young he looks and the French ("Bel-Gee") accent I didn't realize it was him even after seeing the movie more than 10 or 15 times.

moonsomeone Says:

Oct 8, 2008 - "Oh, Sam, I worry about you sometimes, I really do."
