May 14, 2008 - I've been by his mum's restaurant. This whole album is out of this world. Talk about eloquent and relaxing music. I think this is by far the best he's ever done. And he doesn't play all the instruments himself for once! They say he traveled a lot - with a notebook and wrote poetry (Monet's Giverny) and then would come back and put it to music. Unique stuff. Excellent.

May 14, 2008 - How do you know that everything ? I discoverded Chris Rea 17 years ago and he became my faourite at once. I read that he started to learn play guitar when he was over 20 years old. That is probably not thruth, but he developed an excellent style. Thanks.
