National anthem in many ways lyrically glorifies war, it doesnt mean he is not proud, it means he doesnt agree with wars and "the bombs bursting in air". People forget that he is a U.S. Marine Corps. veteran, has helped many impoverished people on the south side of Chicago, and helped lead Obama to Christ.
