ISPs don't give two thirds of a shit what you do on your computer, unless they are forced to act by law. There are a hell of alot of pedophiles on the internet, they'd target them first if they were on some sort of righteous crusade to elimiate illegal activities.

Downloading music, movies -- basically anything protected by copyright, without paying (assuming that the album/etc isn't being given away for free) is technically theft. I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure theft is a crime.Remeber, ignorance is not an alibi.

If anything is going to be done, it will be something widescale, something that will stop almost every music downloader there is, not some guy going out of his way to nail some other guy downloading a dollar's worth of music. The justice system is meant to be a detterant, and it's not very dettering in this situation.

To rate Peril anything below a Ten out of ten is to downsize the Halo 2 Soundtrack; an array, itself, cannot surpass its strongest element. Peril shall be revered most highly among the entirety of all Halo soundtracks combined!
