I can't seem to finish a song without at least one mess-up. I'd like to say that in my prep to leave the country, I've spent almost no time practicing the guitar, and that's why. But the fact is, I've always been mistake-prone; playing for myself in my room, I really don't try to perfect my play since I'm not trying to impress anyone. Maybe I should start trying? And believe it or not, my voice has still not recovered. I'm not what I consider to be a "natural" singer, so when I don't get to practice often (as was the case when I was sick), I need a good three to four weeks to feel that I'm able to hit notes correctly again. It's been about 1 week since I feel I've more or less recovered from my sickness...whatever the heck it was! Anyway, as always, thanks for watching. And I'm really enjoying the feedback and encouragement from people. Thanks. :)

Nov 18, 2008 - I've learned almost every song I know by ear. That, combined with my poor knowledge in theory, accounts for my incorrect chord choice. I would suggest you look at JDarks stuff on youtube. I have checked out a few of his videos, and he's amazing! If you insist on using my chords, they are simple: A, E-minor, and D for the intro and verse; D, A, C and G for the bridge. Hope this helps!

It is worth learning the theory as you grow, don't get me wrong, but you already have the most important parts. Keep it up.FYI the recording levels are a little hot on this. The audio was breaking up in a weird way. Just dial it back a bit.
