Jul 26, 2008 - If Bob Dylan could sing as beautiful as this, then I'd be a fan of Dylan.
austinitesince1979 Says:
Jul 26, 2008 - I think he should have stopped performing abruptly and gently asked them to quiet down so they would stop screaming into the video recording and over his beautiful song. I seriously doubt they were able to hear him over their continuing screams.
inshreds66 Says:
Jul 26, 2008 - British is Scotish.
benwykes Says:
Jul 26, 2008 - Actually Scottish is British.I'm British but I'm not Scottish, I'm English.Donovan is Scottish, which also means he qualifies as British.Hope that's cleared things up.As you were.
Didueva Says:
Jul 26, 2008 - Saw Donovan in early 80's. Just as good and very professional. Remember this...my first ever Donovan record.

Jul 26, 2008 - This song paints a beautiful picture in my mind. De de de de..........I love this song.
Edge1Christian9301 Says:
Jul 26, 2008 - I love this song. I like his music, and Bob Dylan's music. They look a little alike, I saw a video of them together, and Donovan looks like a little Bob Dylan. It's cute. But, they are each famous in their own right. Love them both!
alecs36 Says:
Jul 26, 2008 - Donovan alwase wanted to be bob dylan. He really doesn't compare lyrics wise, 'catch the wind'? what is this? a wannabe 'blowing in the wind'? Honestly, his voice is better than bob's, i'll give donovan fans that. But that's about it, and when bob dylan really wants to he can sound amazing, did this guy ever write a song like 'Like a rolling stone'?
Edge1Christian9301 Says:
Jul 26, 2008 - alecs36-Not to be mean, but I really have no idea why you searched for this video if you feel this way about Donovan. If you knew anything, you would no the the only thing ''Catch The Wind'' and ''Blowing In The Wind'' have in common is they both say something about the wind, and they are both beautiful songs, written and sung by incredibly talented musicians.
Marquain1 Says:
Jul 26, 2008 - More like ... Bert Jansch. Just my opinion.
ppaulmorris Says:
Jul 26, 2008 - I like it. I never compared him with anyone. Why on earth would I want to do that?
Vidslayer Says:
Jul 26, 2008 - Really like Donovan's music and I love that the video was done live and when the song was young and he was too!

mickjamm Says:
Jul 26, 2008 - For elecs36 - Sounds like you are not familiar with Donovan's music - he is a magician that you are not aware of, or you would not be making these foolish comments. Try to imagine what people like Donovan & Dylan would make of you making this type of dumb comparison...I think they would both probably tell you that you are missing something.
lvsiii Says:
Jul 26, 2008 - The older I get, the more I find myself looking back. Now it is the music like this from the foreign country of my distant childhood that calls me; haunts me. Weird.
