After winning the three events she competed in Sunday, Natalie Coughlin broke her own world record in the 100-meter backstroke, lowering the world mark by 0.2 seconds. Coughlin finished the race with a time of 56.51 seconds. Coughlin's mark was the first sub-1:00 time of the year and only the second all time. She now owns three of the top five times in the event. Joining Coughlin on the podium were Slovakia's Martina Moravcova (1:02.06) and Australia's Olivia Halicek (1:02.17). (WCSN, WCSN.com)
