Back in 2001, Ron Paul wrote a forward to a book by Michael Minns (Michael Louis Minns). The book was entitled, The Underground Lawyer. It chronicles a Houston, TX tax attorney's successful attempts to fight corrupt IRS prosecutors. Here is Michael Minns debating the IRS' paid rep and former IRS Commissioner on MSNBC. Michael Minns is an original forerunner of the current IRS reform movement in many respects.
