hrvat103 Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - in the english language "he" has been used over "she", even if its a possibilty it is a woman
anwealde Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - Maybe he knows that he is going to end up running as VP himself
American1stN4most Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - Fred was soo, funny, I'm for Fred or Paul, anyone but Tax Hike Mike Huckabee
wildhias Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - the times they are a changing. I don't exactly know how it is in English, but in German it used to be the same. But know it is regarded as being unpolite and even sexist not to mention both sexes when talking about general things, even though it is time consuming. The reason of this is that otherwise it would seem that men are the normal thing and women are only some anomaly.
bojalwasix Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - Regardless about what's right or wrong, our country has only seen male presidents and vice presidents. Perhaps if Clinton wins, our perception will change. Our country has had male only presidents and VPs since it was founded, routine brings habits.
slither42 Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - a better question would be: if you are president are you going to surround yourself with as many zionist warmongers as G Dubya did? wolfowitz, frum, fleischer, kissinger, feith, krystol, perle, chertoff, and so on.
taminotenor Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - what a glue horse..
1KingdomHeaven Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - Bin Laden is not named as the perpetrator of 9/11 by the FBI:When asked why there is no mention of 9/11 on Bin Laden's Most Wanted web page [Rex Tomb, Chief of Investigative Publicity for the FBI] said, "The reason why 9/11 is not mentioned on Usama Bin Laden's Most Wanted page is because the FBI has no hard evidence connecting Bin Laden to 9/11." fbi dot gov/ wanted/ terrorists/ terbinladen dot htmwhatreallyhappened dot com/ fiveisraelis dot html
FiveCardArmy Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - Another boring dull question, who cares, bad just CNN. SO far I have counted 3 questions that wasted time on this debate.
TAMARLANE Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - Just as you have wasted EVERYONE'S time here on Youtube with your subjective personal observation.
EquivocallyAbsurd Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - I hear "he" and "him" as gender neutral in this context. "They" and "them" seem to imply and sound like two or more people. If we say mankind, do we think of man only or humanity as a whole?Such a peculiar focus...just thought I'd participate in over-analyzing and dissecting parts of speech...now I forgot what the question was...oh yea, the Vice-President.
orion9812 Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - PART TWO-Cooperated with corporate paramilitary entities that are not accountable to the federal government, such as Blackwater.-Established secret prisons in foreign statesAmerica, please hear me with an open mind: We are slipping dangerously close to statism. I am not a fanatic raving about fascism or conspiracies, but I am genuinely alarmed by the size and power of our government - and you all should be too.
orion9812 Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - PART ONERomney, Guilliani, McCain, and Thompson are all dangerous candidates. They all espouse the same military-interventionist Bush doctrine, which has:-Instigated two illegal wars of aggression in violation of international law-Directed domestic surveillance programs in violation of the Constitution-Permitted illegal acts of torture against the Geneva Conventions-Disobeyed Habeas Corpus in violation of both the Constitution and Natural Law
Ayumi649 Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - The whole POINT of the comments area on Youtube is to give subjective personal obervations an/or opinions.
TAMARLANE Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - You have your life. And I have mine.I think it is more important to comment on the CONTENT of a question, if one is going to comment at all, rather than bitch gripe and complain about the questions in general terms.I have commented based on my subjective personal observations and/or opinions.
wntoply6 Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - sorry to disolution u, but while the talent might be dems, certainly those who own the networks r rich & probably neo cons.lucky for those nets., the owners keep their hands off the day to day, unlike faus noise, who's owner dictates how & what they report & do.it's too bad u downtroddened neo cons think the media is all liberal, in truth they probably know the neo cons more than dems r not to be trusted ex: Nixon & now Bush.
zappaelcrappa Says:

daddybuck Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - maybe yall are cousins i guest u got the job then
thecactusman17 Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - A vice president should be prepared to serve as presidnet, and also to function as leader of congress, and perhaps offer advice. But he SHOULD NOT have the opportunity to directly affect the policy of the United States via the executive branch outside of his role as leader of congress unless he becomes President.
gingergargoyle Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - Okay...I see the word a LOT on the posts for questions but what exactly is the definition of a "Neo-Con"? I have seen it used in contradictory ways, that's why I'm asking....no one seems to have a single definition.
gingergargoyle Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - Kissinger a war monger? Are you talking HENRY Kissinger? The winner of the Nobel PEACE prize? The man that helped open trade to China? Was a major part of the Paris Peace Accords?
gingergargoyle Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - I love Thompson! I wish Anderson hadn't cut off the applause that was just starting at the end of his answer.

C3ntrum5ilver Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - While it is certainly not inconceivable to have a woman as Vice President, there has not been one to date. Furthermore, "he" and the dative form "him" have been considered as gender neutral pronouns up until recently. "They" and "them" have become common neutral terms but are still not completely accepted and sound awkward to many still.
