Aug 20, 2008 - Coolant is intended to cool the workpiece so warping this shaft is not an issue, depending on tail body pressure. And as for V tech, that is alloy steel and you can't be too hasty with depth of cut and feeds, dumbass. I have been programming this type of machinery for 8yrs. and I find that people know less about machining than any other profession.
