Pachelbel Canon in D, arranged for harp by Sylvia Woods.I'm sorry for the lousy sound. I don't have anything else right now than a webcam to record videos and music. I use quite dramatic dynamic changes, but it is almost unhearable when recorded with a webcam.Pachelbel Canon is one of my most favorite pieces to play since I was introduced to it a few years ago by my teacher.14-06-2007Thanks for all the lovely comments. While I'm going through some tough times, these comments put a smile on my face every day. I can't thank you all individually, so: many thanks to you all! And don't hesitate to send me your videos.

Sep 5, 2008 - this makes me want to learn the harp, seriously!isn't it easier with piano experience?anyway, great performance!

realmsoffire Says:

Sep 5, 2008 - Yeah. I already play the piano and I now want to learn to play the harp. It's easier if you learn piano first because your fingers are stronger and more agile. I can play this song on the piano, but this sounds pretty cool as well. Great job!

Sep 5, 2008 - I played this for my AS's duet with my friend who was on the flute. I'v been playing the harp for over a decade and I'm 18. This is well played but I think your technique could be worked on a bit :/

Sep 5, 2008 - This song is such a beautiful song. I've loved it for as long as I can remember and I really hope to walk down the aisle at my wedding to it. It'd be even more beautiful if you played it because you are fantastic.

Sep 5, 2008 - Well it's my opinion. And unlike people who can't play the harp I notice such things.

TornadoWeaver Says:

Sep 5, 2008 - excellent. and, I'm not the kind of person who is impressed easily.

mikecute7 Says:

Sep 5, 2008 - uhmmm.. is it hard to play the harp?

imagine2718 Says:

Sep 5, 2008 - Gee,that looks hard. What a treat!

ColdTearSP Says:

Sep 5, 2008 - trust me, it is hard. You need to have gifted hands. If you have thin and long fingers, and you have played the piano before, then it would be easier. And you need to be strong, my harp is so heavy that it is hurting my back so bad X_X

Armilp Says:

Sep 5, 2008 - I think the hardest part is coming up with the money for a harp

xxjohnandersonxx Says:

Sep 5, 2008 - LOL. However, in actuality that is the easy part, believe it or not. This was played at my wedding by a harpist and it was beautiful.
