Sep 5, 2008 - so it works like a a bubble and only whats in the bubble can go back in time and you can't go further back than before the bubble was made so thats why there are no visitors from the future.but when it does work, then maybe he will get a message from someone in the future provided his machine has been on that long. (so if he sat down and thought, hmm next week i'll send a neutron in which spins in a figure of eight 5 minutes from now and then 5mins later in his lab he sees it!?).

Sep 5, 2008 - its a usefull concept,Imagine it developed to its fullest potential,An internet capable computer,that is able to retrieve information from any point in the future after it has been built,effectively giving the use access to pretty much and piece of information of any importance anywhere in the world,for as long as it is in existence,all that would need to be done is get enough particles per sec. traveling to make useable binary transmission at a decent mbps,and you got it made.....

Sep 5, 2008 - maybe people from the future have tried coming back to our time, but remember there are perrallel universes, maybe instead of coming to our universe they end up in other uni. and i believe there are an infinite amount of universes. maybe in the other universe we have seen theese time traveler's. but in this time we havent. catch on? i might have to elaborate on this...

Sep 5, 2008 - because it would work not as a travel device, but more as a teleporter, so if it is not invented yet, the teleporter doesnt have where (when) to send you back.Pretty much like the teleporter in the movie "the fly" but trought time instead of space
