Aug 20, 2008 - Have you thought about Earth Bag construction for the highschool?? It only takes plastic bags and barbed wire to construct the walls, using on site dirt. Very inexpensive and very fast.I have been taught to love Bissau by friends who studied at the University here many years ago in Tucson, Arizona.

Aug 20, 2008 - Great images of Bissau. i would like to know the country and culture. The respect for all cultures is a biggining to the world peace.
