Jul 26, 2008 - Totally agree SirFreakman. This is a class!!I love my university but we need more of that kind of classes. The classes here are very... (hmmm, how I can express it?) rough? flat?We need a bit of madness, interactivity. The science is soft if you have passion and this man has it.Art is the way to transfer your feelings to others. This man has a bit of artist, transferring love for the science.

Jul 26, 2008 - 1)to say the wave get weaker is incorrect. The wave keeps its strenght the area the waves cover increases so less waves are a each pointbut the actual waves are the same strenght2)if ever thing is made out of waves how can you use the term friction. There is no friction.

Jul 26, 2008 - 1)the strength of the wave at any one measured point will decrease as the radius of the wave increases. Semantics, i think we all recognize the law of conservation of energy.2)go to lecture 17

Jul 26, 2008 - I see all the class, and really I enjoyed, and i learn about the SOFAR and the sound channel, really incredible things. This is a nice project. I think Marshall McLuhan have reason in that tha he told "the global village". The students of all world have the opportunity to have a good class of waves. Thx.
