It was when he had given up hope and the doctor offered him some Ocean Spray to give to his mother - a gesture that seemed pathetic at the time, I guess. Beautiful song by one of the most overlooked bands, the chorus almost makes me cry.

Sep 5, 2008 - no her favourite drink at the time was ocean spray, its in one of the documentaries about them, he took 2 years out of the band at the time, and just did one, ive never found out if this song was penned in those 2 years or later when he came back to the band, but either way, good solid band true to their ethics, i aint got much repect for most bands, but these are one of the few.
