Aug 20, 2008 - JavaCrammer: No problem! I am afraid that it's more of the lighting/camera/video editing that causes that. If you saw these in person, you would see that the highlights are as white as possible and the shadows as dark as possible. In fact, I have to do it that way just to make it look better on video. You have to understand that pencil is greatly reflective when darkest.

Aug 20, 2008 - ActomicUs5000. Been watching your drawings for a long time and I love all of 'em! As an artist, I know I'm always open to some helpful, constructive criticism. So, not to accuse any of your drawings of being poor quality, which they aren't, but I've found much of what you draw to appear to have very soft contrasts. It makes the shades appear very mono-toned. Just a suggestion, try highlighting a little more and darkening. I could be full of crap, but that's how it appears to me.
