Aug 20, 2008 - how about all the features of this phone in a traditional sized smart phone or pda phone. THe are not as comfortable to hold as a smaller phone. SMart phones and pda phones are virtually the same thing now anyway unlike before. I'd always choose windows mobile for software choice. DO some people not like using software rouchscreen to dial numbers vs keypad. I can live with that but they are slightly uncomfortable to hold. the main importance for me is on foot gps and small phone would do this

Aug 20, 2008 - texting is awfully simple...when you get it you should see a little 20 sign in the middle bottom tap it and then tap the up arrow that pops up next to it. then click touch keyboard. it's the easiest for quick finger texting. and it's T9. basically a T9 type of keyboard. that format. so i love it.

Aug 20, 2008 - i agree that the keyboard feature is the downfall to this phone which if this is what you need to use allot, moving me to either the Motorola Q9, or Blackjack 2
