Aug 20, 2008 - I agree and the way he did it was just the best realistic comic based two face and harvey dent I've seen and over all best good guy turned bad guy for this type of character.
XblacklightZ Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - batman did walk away from that fall and yes they never showed his body, just like Ra's, we think he died but do you really think he's dead?
XblacklightZ Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - Still I say they should leave the door open for something like that cause they've done very good batman movies but just hoping if and when they run out of ideas they could do "the hush" cause doing a batman movie based on a batman comic would be cool.
Redspy27 Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - Nope. I don't, but I do recognise there's no SOLID evidence that he'll be back or that there will be a third film whatsoever. But yeah I think he's still alive. Very personally I'd love a climax between Batman and Harvey in the third film where Harvey eventually is redeemed but then killed (for real) by the new villain in that film. Like for example the Riddler (Matt Damon:D:P). But that's just personal and probably not true to the comic.
Beatlescutie93 Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - Have you seen the movie?
XblacklightZ Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - I wouldn't like that but in the movies I like it when it's close and true to the comic and I've read a bunch of batman comics and the characters are more complex then you think, for example the riddler he doesn't steal the money just for the money he wants the batman to catch him and thats why he use the riddles (obsessive compulsive disorder) cause he's that smart (the joker is more reckless and chaotic). Oh and in "the hush" after dent gets surgery he's not the two face or dent but different..
Redspy27 Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - The more complex, the more I like it in most cases. I personally could see Matt in that Riddler role, but whatever:P. And what do you mean with 'the Hush'? Is that a comic issue?
raieven Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - wheres the rest of the interview?
Taftkid13 Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - Indeed.
XblacklightZ Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - The hush is a batman comic where (I'm not going to spoil it so just read it) batman is trying to solve a mystery of some murders and robberies in which he thinks Jason Tod the second robin (killed by the joker) has come back from the dead. I say Jim Carry should do it again especially using his acting for "the number 13) but whatever happens in the movies I'd be happy to see another dark batman movie.
Redspy27 Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - Okay, that really makes me curious, my only problem is:Im not american, I'm dutch and as such I have less acces to comic books because unfortunately they're not that big here, but I do know some stores so if I have time I'll try to find it. About the movie I totally agree, only if it's not Nolan directing, than I'd start doubting, but then probably Bale wouldn't even be in it so it wouldn't really connect so yeah I'll definitly check it out no matter what.
vlvader2003 Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - man he's hot!=]
XblacklightZ Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - yeah and if bale quits (help us all in that day), those would be some shoes to fill in, on the other hand the watchmen is coming and if its good I hope some director has the guts to try a justice league movie (if anything it would be a very bold move).
Redspy27 Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - Well, I honestly don't know if it's such a good idea to use the Nolanverse when creating the Justice League cause it's so far apart. I kind of see Bale's Bruce going "ohw, here I am with my trauma and you can actually lift a fucking skyscraper or whatever, I might as well quit." You know?. Nothing against JL but Nolan's batman doesn't really fit with it imo.
XblacklightZ Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - remember in the end of the dark knight where engineers a device to spy out all of gothem well in the comics he has a file cabinet where he has every tool and every weakness recorded on every super hero and villain (yes if he let himself he could easily kill superman) and it'd be cool to see an adaptation of "kingdom come" cause it took super heroes to an epic standard of story telling.
Redspy27 Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - Well okay, you obviously know more about it than me so, I just don't really see Christian Bale doing it, that's all. But heck, I could be wrong^^
demonritual13 Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - this the 21st century I'd say anything could happen, the impossible 10 years back is now being accomplished so who knows.
Redspy27 Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - I sure as hell don't^^
sexymoose21 Says:

afroballer33 Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - let's see... two-face most likely isn't dead, riddler is the smart way to go... i smell a batman forever remix w/a nolan twist for batman 3 lol
admiralamadras Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - The Dark Knight is now The Number 2 Highest grosser Domestically and the Number 1 Comic book adaption!
SBV123 Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - Anybody know where I can find the real Harvey Dent interview? Where he's in character and everything? It was on YouTube a few weeks ago...
jiopa Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - Yeah if you notice in the movie, the scene right after Harvey falls, Batman and Gordon are talking about the death of his reputation, but not him exactly. It's possible that they just lied about Harvey's death then put him in Arkham.
kool4ever Says:
