Aug 20, 2008 - yeah, i'm pretty sure that i can. ^^' anyways, it's like a homeing device i think and it's also like a thing to show that Hige is one of Jagara's pets. He was pretty much given to Jagara, the female noble, and is like the other stuffed wolves with colors, except he's number 21 i think. It also gives the wolves a really!! bad migrane that could probably kill them from a ringing noise. Not really sure on what else though, does this explain it enough?

I mean, humans could of brought him in and sold him to Jagara. ya never know. I think that that would be the best explenation though... or that they found him on the streets around the time that he was born.
