Jul 26, 2008 - haha about the lip-synching; she probably does lip-synch for the official music videos because they have to put the track behind it, otherwise it'd just be a live performance and not the official video.With that said, Miley definitely sings for real at her concerts etc.. it's just with official music videos everyone lip-synchs or just sings but you obviously can't hear it because of the track that's overlaying the video.. yep.
