Jul 26, 2008 - Something that is repeated over and over and over again, and is still popular, shows that it works. Ever hear the saying "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!"? People like familiar concepts. Being unoriginal is often times a safe bet when making something like video games, movies, stories, etc. Starcraft 2 has this large following and it's not out yet, why? Because people are familiar with the first one, know they like it and expect more of the same, with minor changes, not far off the beaten path.

Jul 26, 2008 - despite what u mite see here... blizzard is working believably slow in starcraft 2.... over the last 10 months they updated 10 units and a storyline (that was already planned ahead)and seriously this isnt a zerg demonstration... this is a unit demonstration which is kinda useless cuz most units are already in sc and everyone knows wat the do ㅡㅡ;; blizzard sucks however sc2 will be awesome =)

The flying things that corrupt the space vehicles, the ones that turn barracks into consumed buildings, the wierd thing with long arms that stabs stuff to death.
