Sep 5, 2008 - haha you suck. Who cares that you dont care? Maybe there is people that likes planes or airlines.

usouso Says:

Sep 5, 2008 - yeah i think you need to study more. qantas lent their planes to the military during the war. qantas pilots however didnt fly them during that time. why? because they arent trained for battle idiot lol. think before you type something stupid dumbass.

SmotherTeresa Says:

Sep 5, 2008 - I'd scream louder than Raymond if I had to go anywhere with Tom Cruise for any longer than three minutes...let alone three hours on a plane, three days in a car. Christ, you'd have to be profoundly mentally retarded to do that (sorry Mimi, Nicole, Penelope, Katie, Ron, Xenu...)

iceman6677 Says:

Sep 5, 2008 - shit man this is a classic movie. love this scene, tht boy go crazy loleveryone stop talking about qanatas havin crashed or not crashed...answer is Qantas has never had a fatal jet airliner incident with civilians on board. thats the answer !

floydiangreen Says:

Sep 5, 2008 - i am an australian. and yes qantas have never crashed but they also dont fly as much as the big american airline companies, if they did they will eventually crash as the laws of statistics say.

iamthematador Says:

Sep 5, 2008 - Dude, it's like you forget that this is dustin hoffman. You actually believe that this Raymond Babbit (or however you spell it) could possibly exist. (i know that he's based on an actual autistic savante, but STILL!). My older bro is an autistic, and he behaces EXACTLY like this cat. amazing job, Dustin. You deserved that award.

micks222 Says:

Sep 5, 2008 - just had a near miss, flight coming from london to melbourne via hong kong had to make an emergency landing in manilla, when part of the fuselage ripped off. i know the stats, but still am happy when my feet are on the ground.

rsproskiller Says:

Sep 5, 2008 - yea your right..qantas is getting bad now

tigerairways2008 Says:

Sep 5, 2008 - qantas is still the safest airline in the world. passengers said the pilot and the crew did a wonderful job on handling the problem.

Rarab2 Says:

Sep 5, 2008 - It's Dustin Hoffman, not Dennis.

Ealasaid17 Says:

Sep 5, 2008 - This scene reminds me so much of me (when he tells about all the plan crash stastics) Hell thats so me remembering facts and ect...! Freaky man! Freaky!

vierlingvideo Says:

Sep 5, 2008 - Air travel is still much safer than travelling by car. The difference is the amount of media attention plane crashes get as opposed (even when there are no deaths) to even multi fatality pileups. He should have remembered that there are 40,000 car crash fatalities per year in the US alone as opposed about 1,000 people dying in a plane crash world wide every year. Also Hollywood shows lots of scenes of planes crashing which influences the public's perception of them.

vivalapresley Says:

bleep77 Says:

Sep 5, 2008 - One of the greatest movies ever made! Tom Cruise reaction to "Qantas" is priceless!

Aussiephil99 Says:

Sep 5, 2008 - QANTAS will have a crash soon unless QANTAS stop having their maintenance done overseas.............maintain them here in Australia

Ahmed234 Says:

Sep 5, 2008 - i have a cousin who is just like him she is 9 and can repeat everything she's ever read to you. She has a bad habit of always asking how you're doing every 5 minutes

airnz82 Says:

Sep 5, 2008 - qantas has crash landed 6 times in two months.

albyattk Says:

Sep 5, 2008 - I heard that this part of the movie was cut and never shown on any aircraft, as you may expect, except on Qantas, the spirit of Australia!

v8supercarstv Says:

v8supercarstv Says:
