Oct 11, 2008 - He voted for Iraq War fuding because everyone already chose to go to Iraq. He was against ever invading Iraq in the first place. The Patriot Act was neccecary to prevent terrorist attacks, and it did. there was a plot to run jets into a building in L.A. that was stopped and woudn't have been stopped without the Patriot Act. As long as the Patriot Act expires, I think everyone that was wise should've supported the Patriot Act. Barack Obama's message to unite the country is mroe important.
