Sep 6, 2008 - well, personally, i don't like yamamoto. he is stuck with the old traditions, and i just don't like him. i get a bad feeling whenever i see him. i dunno why. and in soul society it was about those guys because they are his friends and they are like the co-main characters. but it wasn't just about renji rukia and byakuya, it was chad and all his other friends. besides yamamoto really isn't that interesting. and he dosn't understand feelings. no offense to those who like him.

Sep 6, 2008 - i agree with u about Yamamoto, but on theo ther hand, the story wasn't about Chad and his other friends. the main story in the Soul Society arc was about Byakuya, Renji and Rukia. because Rukia was placed in the Gotei 13, Renji's been trying to defeat Byakuya and Byakuya chose to obey the law even if it meant killing his own sister, and Renji and Ichigo is trying to save her. Ichigo, chad, and everyone else is trying to save her, but that doesn't mean the story is about them.

Sep 6, 2008 - in other words, the whole Soul Society arc isn't centered around Ichigo, Chad, and is his friends, everything that happened in the arc including Kenpachi vs Kaname, Yamamoto vs Juushiro and Shunsui, Momo and Hitsugaya, soul society got chaotic because of the deal with Rukia, Renji, and Byakuya. notice the arc ended with Ichigo defeating Byakuya and Renji and Ichigo got injured by Aizen?

Sep 6, 2008 - well, i suppose you are right there, but don't forget that it was also about ichigo and his friends learning about their abilities more and developing friendships and alliances. so there was alot going on in the soul ssociety arc. and i really don't think it would be all that interesting if they focused on ppl like yamamoto. he just dosn't seem interesting. like an old crabby man. once again, no offense to the yamamoto fans.as well as tons of humor X3 lol

Ichigo and his friends going to rescue Rukia isn't about them, it's about Rukia right? and them learning abilities and developing friendships, that's a different story but isn't what the arc is about. and about Yamamoto, i'm not really a fan of his, just sayin, they should give him more time inthe show since he's leader.
