Whether or not you'd win in the end is not the point, even the simple act of filing a suit will force him to pay HIS $350/hr lawyers to respond to it. If this happens enough...maybe he'll get the lesson. I've got a year before I can do it, so somebody else needs to get the ball rolling...

Jul 26, 2008 - Eric Bauman laughs at legal threats. He's literally a multi-millionaire, him and his dad are in real estate if I remember correctly, and his site makes millions off of ad revenue. He can piss away legal costs for years while the artists who file suit get bled dry on the other end.

We're not expecting to 'bleed him dry'; we're expecting the court system to enforce the laws it has created and protect the copyright of the artists from whom he steals. Bauman can 'piss legal costs away' until he pees hundred-dollar bills, but the fact of the matter is that there is mounting evidence of his theft, and no matter how much money Bauman has, the bad publicity from a lawsuit may just make him think twice about his actions.
