Aug 20, 2008 - The intro of "That was only yesterday" was used in a commercial. Does anybody remember in what commercial?

zzxprezz Says:

Aug 20, 2008 - yes its burns

AquarianWoman Says:

Aug 20, 2008 - I remember listening to bands like Spooky Tooth on FM radio when it was considered "underground music!"

AquarianWoman Says:

Aug 20, 2008 - can't rememeber which commercial? an auto or soda one?

JohnConradi Says:

Aug 20, 2008 - I thought it was a clothing commercial, but I can't find out if that is true. It is the part that you can hear at 1 minute 12 seconds for about 10 seconds. I also don't remember if it was on the radio or TV. Help!

Aug 20, 2008 - This is good stuff from Spooky Tooth. I discovered on radio Luxemburg (John Peel I think, who reviewed 'The Last Puff')

Aug 20, 2008 - My very first concert was Edgar Winter in 1971 and these guys opened. Pretty damn good sound too!

FeitenFan Says:

Aug 20, 2008 - That album was a scam. Spooky did some instrumentals and never knew Henri was going to put goofy noises over it. Still, there are a couple of decent guitar solos but the rest is crap....me thinks

coin4charon Says:

Aug 20, 2008 - One of the most criminally overlooked (or forgotten) bands of the era.

wilbar2922 Says:

Aug 20, 2008 - I just can't decide which is the best LP ever made. Was it Spooky Two or the Beck Ola album?

frankleroux Says:

Aug 20, 2008 - Both should be in any classic rock collection for sure.

MrPink002 Says:

Aug 20, 2008 - except the pianist they re all fuckin blaze

jayjay4000 Says:

Aug 20, 2008 - Great song, Classic rock should play this in America but they don't. Even "The Hoofer" from their last album The Mirror is a topflight track. Whether it was Luther or Mick Jones on guitar one constant. They were just good!

FeitenFan Says:

Aug 20, 2008 - PS I was talking about "Ceremony"

mymegabiz Says:

Aug 20, 2008 - I completely love the Ceremony album. It's an acquired taste I know, but it works for me especially side 1. There's such a lot going on in Jubilation and Have Mercy. Like nothing else ever.

theledzeppguy Says:
