To me what makes Devine so dangerous isn't his acceleration, which is pretty damn good in itself but it's his agility. Noel Devine is so fluid in his cuts that it's reminiscent of Barry Sanders. When you combine that fluidity with his already great acceleration and his completely ridiculous balance you get what makes him so unique and effective in open space.
