Jul 26, 2008 - You're quite brave. My case isn't as bad as yours, but both my aunt and my grandfather have to wear leg braces, my grandfather now uses a walker. I've had corrective foot surgery, but I do yoga, and it seems to help.Keep your head up, and walk strong!

Jul 26, 2008 - thanks. my grandmother has to wear leg braces. i haven't had surgery done yet but i might sometime. i exercise a little bit but not often but i need to. i carry this snare drum that i have and march with it so i can make sure i'll be able to march bwith in band so that might help.

I just spent a fab week with a 19 year old lad with MD and we spent every day playing Gran Turismo 5! I wish that I could take every horrid day, every pain and discomfort from you and go through it myself for you. I really do. I'm not just saying that! Please don't laugh because is the easiest way to get away from this problem. Talk about it, don't make my mistakes. You're so courageous, keep fighting. It's too hard.
