Look at issues in terms of who has the authority to regulate them, partneriships? marrage? States issue : 10th amendment. Adoptions? where does it say it is your right to adopt a child? If the adoption clinic decides you are not fit for raising a child it's not govt's problem but a dispute between you and the clinic.

Ron Paul said it himself that Rosa Parks was a hero for her civil disobediance, and to honor her he proposed that each congressman gives 100$ of own money. He was the only one willing to do it.Shows that other congressmen will only be generous with taxpayers money and not their own.
