In the words of Monty Python...and now for something completely different!I realize I haven't made a lot of videos lately, but I have another hobby that's taking away from my YouTube time. It involves some pretty serious training, so I've had stuff like this on the brain. I might post a video about it at some point.p.s. If you ever decide to do a video like this, make sure you get your camera angles figured out ahead of time. I did WAY too many takes.

Sep 6, 2008 - Each workout targets a different part of your abs. This circuit is great because you can just keep going at it. because only certain parts of your abs are burning when you are doing it. and the next one is targeting a different partgreat :Palso kinda funny
