Years ago I read Jaco died falling off a balcony. That's what I remembered. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong. So, if JP was killed by a bouncer beating him, why would anyone mention some guy falling off of a balcony? Did the bouncer go to jail? Hope the judge fucking gave the twad the book. Bouncers are assholes.

May 14, 2008 - BTW, its stupid because Jaco didn't die from the bouncer, who had multiple degrees in blackbelts AND an accomplished martial artist I hear, but he died suffering in a hospital. It's sad because in that was the second year in a row the world lost a great bassist. Though I don't know what's worse, flying through a bus window and having the bus crush you, or being beat up by a martial artist.
