While his trial was under way, Antonio Rosales, a suspected child rapist, smashed a courtroom computer as a prosecutor, just a few feet away, asked a jury to find him guilty. Defense attorney Tim Caudill then moved for a mistrial, saying the jury had been tainted by seeing the outburst. Circuit Judge Debra S. Nelson rejected that claim. People that automatically say WELL HAY GUYS LETS JUST KILL HIM!!!!11!!ZOMG are on par with witch hunts. I do realise he was probably guilty, judging from his reaction, however, he could still be innocent and be entirely outraged that his life has ended up this way because someone with a grudge accused him of rape. We have due process for a reason.

I agree with most of what you are saying.Tho "Witch hunt" is not exactly accurate, as the horror of child molesters/rapists actually do exist, and the pain they cause is all too real. Witches were usually women who practiced medicine. They were hunted because of fear and spiritual paranoia. What they were accused of simply does not exist.So, I hope you can see how its not really on the same level. Considering the very real pain involved, let the people vent on Pedobear.

On any outbursts Judges are to get out of the courtroom. And they are NOT to get involved.Judges are allowed to keep hand guns on the bench or on their person. Judge's option. If threatened, they can shoot to kill. Some choose not to pack a gun because of the message it sends. Others are crack shots.
