Jul 7, 2008 - CELLULAR PHONES ARE SAFE!

Hippyy123 Says:

Jul 7, 2008 - i love how they barely even let the nuclear physicist talk. he was the only educated one.

taliban0king Says:

Jul 7, 2008 - jeez wuts with the stupid comments?!

rgm1984 Says:

Jul 7, 2008 - That pissed me off too. He had alot to say, but they all already seemed to leap at the conclusion that "LOL WAVEZ ARE KILLIN US". It wasn't too good.

Hippyy123 Says:

Jul 7, 2008 - i know i actually wanted to hear what he had to say. like electromagnetic radiation is safe, but i really wanted to hear what he had to say about the flouecent light "expirament" because i bet that i could even guess at what caused that. and its not ionizing radiation.

rgm1984 Says:

Jul 7, 2008 - Yup. Like he said "you can't show something like that and ignore the science behind it *gets cut off again". When discussion starts about radiation, people are too quick at associating ionizing with non-ionizing - their effects and whatnot. All under one umbrella.

Hippyy123 Says:

Jul 7, 2008 - i know eh lol all light is electromagnetic radiation, UV light from the sun is probably more dangerous then a cell phone or a microwave. its non ionizing , how can it change chemical properties in your DNA ? sure there are people that are physically sensitive to stuff like that, but most of it i beleive is psychological

rgm1984 Says:

Jul 7, 2008 - I was reading that non-ionizing tends to disrupt the liquid in our cells and causes damage that way. But its inconclusive that such disruption causes any ailments or even strong enough to do anything to the cell.Absolutely! Totally in the head. There are much more bigger things to worry about if you're concerned about environmental exposure! :P

Hippyy123 Says:

Jul 7, 2008 - yeah but even that , oh bio not my subject , what ? millions billons of cells in our body, you would have to be exposed to ALOT of non ionizing radiation, or like , ducttap a cell phone to your head for a year.haha :D totally agree with you ! :D

Cymro32 Says:

Jul 7, 2008 - UV is ionising, but not as ionising as α,β or γ radiation. But this video was qutie cretinous. I mean, how does that woman even appear under a light, which is more ionising than microwaves, which mobile phones use!?

Cymro32 Says:

Jul 7, 2008 - *headdeask* *facepalm* *headdesk* *headdesk* *headdesk*Those last few minutes took the mick out of science. Linking pylons to mobile phones? Oh, I despair for humanity.

Hippyy123 Says:

Jul 7, 2008 - i know UV is ionizing but i agree with you eh how can she even sit under those 400 watt stage lights that are way more times more powerful then microwaves LOLZ!

GwLDS Says:

Jul 7, 2008 - hypochondria if they were that sensitive to electromagnetic radiation they would not be able to go in a city or nere power cables out side

damnpolice Says:

Jul 7, 2008 - think about what sensitivity is... theyre bodies are not chemically different in anyway... its just an increased awareness of theyre surroundings... one day it WILL be you.end of story.wake the fuck up people.

ncbookz Says:

Jul 7, 2008 - when i use a nextel phone i feel weird and a dull pain , but different phones have no affect i think it depends on the phone and the resonance frequency of each persons body

ncbookz Says:

Jul 7, 2008 - i think different phones send different frequencies so depends on persons body make up

Jul 7, 2008 - RF is not psychological until the brain is effected, initially it does affect the central nervous system but long term affects take time to do actual brain damage - check with your medical provider.

DBP1976 Says:

Jul 7, 2008 - How can they get to the matter in hand with a fucking 7 minute discussion. The physicist said there's no data that concludes that this is dangerous, but the other bloke who said that he was in a study which he did have a reaction, they flushed his results down the toilet. No wonder there's little or no statistics as to the danger ... how many more positive results have they covered-up? Very fishy!

gthreek Says:

Jul 7, 2008 - You know what? I hope you people die from your little made-up disease. Slowly and painfully. OH NO RADIO WAVES

Somarium Says:

Jul 7, 2008 - They should stop trying to bitch slap science. Electromagnetic fields are generated by ANYTHING with moving charges. The earth has a giant magnetic field, the clouds and sky are naturaly charged producing lightning. Showing fluorescent bulbs glowing under high power lines proves NOTHING because that's supposed to happen. Humans arent filled with ionizable gas covered in phosphorus. She's wearing a EM shield, lmao... let's hope none of them ever needs an MRI...

g35crazy Says:

Jul 7, 2008 - ok these people are freaking out for no reason the phones maby ok i can go with that but computers, phones, my eye balls they hurt" dumb bitch her head is messing with her
