Age difference doesn't matter, love has no age, and besides, you can't tell me that Haseo's IRL player visiting Shino in the hospital isn't love. Shino gave Haseo the honeysuckles, and she even told him that they symbolize "Devoted Affection". Get it through your thick skulls!

If you knew about Shino's IRL player, you would know that she has a confidence issue and health problems. She thinks Haseo is too good for her. This entire series is based on Shino's relationship with Haseo. Without Shino, there would be no reason for Haseo to develop as a character, therefore GU would have been pointless!

Nov 18, 2008 - Haseo was also driven to actually get stronger in order to try and find Shino's "killer"in the world. Shino was the first person who actually introduced him to the notion that the World is actually fun to play, and she was also the one who opened up Haseo's character. Saying Shino is not central to the plot is definitely O.O;;

Nov 18, 2008 - The secret ending shows Haseo and Shino together in Mac Anu, gazing at the sunset over the water. Shino and Haseo both give eachother a special smile that ive never seen given to anybody else. Even after finishing the forest of pain event, you obtain a special wallpaper of Haseo, Shino and Ovan. Its adorable.

If you send greeting cards to Shino, you discover how she really felt in the past twilight brigade days, and even now. Ovan was only her support. To quote Shino "My heart only has eyes for you", in an email to Haseo.

Nov 18, 2008 - That's not really true. Atoli has this kind of ending too, and so does almost every character in Haseo's party. Atoli has TWO endings - the game's True Ending and her Love Ending.

Nov 18, 2008 - ...honestly... when I first started watching .hack//Roots, I was pissed that Haseo and Shino was the "canon" couple... that changed quickly though.Now that I think about it, Haseo just has a lovely harem. Though I... don't really like Alkaid or Bordeaux. x_x
