Nov 18, 2008 - dear, any of those techniques( I insist) they have to be developed and assisted by a master or somebody that Knows the best to help you. It needs 101 to do this, there are some " awakening" ones that you can do it yourself, but even so, I would strongly recommend close assistance and care. Try to meditate and balance your general energy, The Master will come when the disciple is ready... ALWAYS, Namaste.
