Nov 18, 2008 - it looks surreal looking at these pictures..yes thank you to the emergency services who did a great job. im sure we can all remember what we were doing when the floods took place. i'd been out that day and it took me over 3 hours to get home. i'd never seen anything like it before and i can't believe meadowhall got flooded! thanks for the video :)

Nov 18, 2008 - yeh i remember it took me 4 hours to get home.. the rain was awful that day but i neva thought this wud happen. i was stood on the tescos bridge just before the river burst its banks! but luckily my home estate didnt get effected.!

Nov 18, 2008 - my sister almost died she went to hospital she sonly 14 and im 15 and she almost drowned and she stayed in hospital for 3weeks because all her mouth and above were blocked up and she was just about to die but luckily she survived
