It's the most over-the-top part of the film, and skewers the actors and Hollywood community, not differently-abled people. Broad humor is always going to offend someone--it's supposed to. It's a shame people can't learn to separate the not-so-subtle nuances between fear or hate and humor crafted to send up that fear or hate.
