It's 7x7x2 + 7x5x2 + 5x5x2 = 218.That's 2 oposite sides + 2 more oposite sides (but now these have 14 of their pieces each already counted) + the 2 remaining sides, which have all their edge and corner pieces already counted (making a 5x5 square in the middle).
