BOMB ANN ARBOR NOW, the first ever video by the legendary Dead Schembechlers, is a neo-noir nuclear nightmare of ultra violence and radioactive doom.Using images of atomic weapons tests from the 1940s and 1950s along with clips from government sanctioned "Duck and Cover" movies, the film graphically illustrates the band's long held desire to launch a thermonuclear first strike against Ann Arbor, Michigan the nerve center of The International Wolverine Conspiracy.Combining the two trillion dollars spent on U.S. nuclear testing during that era with the forty three dollars in production costs out of pocket by the band easily makes "Bomb Ann Arbor Now" the most expensive film in history. It was directed by Dead Schembechler lead singer Bo Biafra.He was driven to create the video after former Ohio State football coach, the late Woody Hayes, visited Biafra in his dreams and stated his desire for the band to make a military epic. "Woody was always a history teacher at heart so his wish for us to make this video was no surprise," said Biafra. "Much of the footage used was recently declassified and so would have been almost impossible to find. Nov 18, 2008 - The video was well done. The music wasn't very good though, a bit sophomoric, and formulated. And I have to say, I hate the band name. I am a huge Buckeye fan, but the name is, at best, in bad taste. At worst, it's a disgrace to a great coach, human being, and his whole family. I'm never embarrassed to be an OSU fan, just embarrassed of other fans sometimes. Nice job on the video though.

Nov 18, 2008 - FYI the band named itself while Bo as still alive. When Bo heard about the band, he thought it as a good joke, and took it as a great compliment. After Bo died the band sent condolences to the Schembechler family and offered to donate the proceeds of their most recent concert to the charity of the family's choice. All things considered, a class act. It is now up in the air whether the band will retain the name or switch to "the Bastard Sons of Woody"

Nov 18, 2008 - you will not see that unless you include fans at home.The game is in columbus this year so there will probably be more buckeye fans there than michigan fans.the largest crowd was 106,708 people so there would need to be a lot less buckeyes in the stadium than wolverines and I do not see it happenning.I expect a closer game than most people because It is the Ohio State Michigan game so players do better.I still think OSU will win though because we are bringing more experience to the game.
