Jul 7, 2008 - The 2000I have both and the 2000 sounds great with buckers or single coils. Just a better amp overall. oh and get the dsl50, they sound better IMHO coz the valves kick in more at lower volumes. i only jam mine on 4

Jul 7, 2008 - Great Amp. Reliable. I owned this exact half stack for 5 years. Great for Rock. I preffered .9 guage strings on a les paul with this amp - Very Buttery and Warm, yet will cut through any mix.
