Nov 18, 2008 - Just curious to ask, How can you have someone act as Maharaj? Who knows if this guy is even half or 1/1000th as pure as Maharaj?? You have to be fully spiritual/divine just like Maharaj to act like Maharaj. Very poorly done by whoever published this.

Mystic India was made an american director affiliated with Bochasanvasi akshar purshottam swaminarayan sanstha(BAPS)headed by Puram Pujya Pramukhswami Maharaj. It was a short, stright forward informative film bout maharaj.

Nov 18, 2008 - Jay Swaminarayan,Where did you reference from that Bhagwan only has 10 avatars? In the Bhagwat Puran it mentions 24 avatars. Note that does not mean Bhagwan is limited to come only 24 times, Bhagwan chooses to come and go as HE pleases HE does not need my permission nor yours. However each time he comes there is a reference to him either in the Vedas, Purans, Shrutis and Smrutis.There are many references to Lord Swaminarayan in the original Scriptures.Ashvin Halai

Nov 18, 2008 - As regarding to BAPS4LIFE, the person playing maharaj in this serial is not even half as divine and spiritual as lord, no one is and ever will be, if you believe in lore swaminarayan. The acutal point of the making of the serial was to show those who are not aware of maharajs leela, the things he has done on this earth, there is no point in you criticising this, if you are a true swaminarayan not taking into account what sampraday you follow, the acharayas or BAPS, Jay swaminarayan.
